As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences that reflect creativity, precision, and flair. You will prepare and serve signature cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages while ensuring an engaging and personalized guest experience in line with the resort s premium service standards.


  • Create, mix, and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and presentation excellence.

  • Develop signature and themed cocktails reflecting the island s concept, using local and seasonal ingredients.

  • Engage with guests proactively, providing recommendations and ensuring an exceptional and memorable bar experience.

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Ensure proper stock control, inventory management, and requisition of bar supplies and ingredients.

  • Uphold brand standards and deliver a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service.

  • Monitor guest preferences and feedback to improve the beverage offerings and service delivery.

  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to support special events, promotions, and themed nights.

  • Adhere to responsible service of alcohol guidelines and maintain awareness of guest consumption levels.

  • Train and guide bar staff or servers in cocktail preparation and bar service standards as required.

  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining establishment.

  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail trends, and mixology techniques.

  • Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.

  • Creative flair with a passion for innovation and presentation.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality service during busy periods.

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards related to food and beverage service.

  • Certification in responsible alcohol service is an advantage.

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

  • Mixology or bartending certification is a plus.

  • Outgoing, charismatic, and confident personality.

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
