Mission : 

• Design, develop and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to integrate AI solutions into existing pipelines.
• Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Participate in research and experimentation of new AI/ML technologies.
• Implement MLOps solutions to automate model deployment and monitoring.

Technical skills required:

• AI/ML Development:
  • Experience in designing and developing machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning).
  • Ma trise des frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
  • Experience with data processing tools: Pandas, NumPy, Spark.
• Big Data & Cloud :
  • Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).
  • Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) and SQL databases.
• Deployment and MLOps:
  • Experience in model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow.
  • Integration with DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus/Grafana for monitoring.
• Programming languages:
  • Python (required).
  • Knowledge of R, Java, or Scala (an asset).
• Systems and tools:
  • Linux/Unix, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with data storage solutions (S3, SAN, NAS).
