Freelance Business Analyst / Functional Designer

Context :

We are looking for a Senior Designer to strengthen our client's project team. You will be responsible for formalizing the existing framework, writing functional specifications for transformation rules and controls, and supporting the business and technical teams in building the solution.

• Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Missions :

• Formalize the existing framework elements and the functional specifications of the transformation rules and controls.
• Conduct the necessary analyses to support the profession in building the Target Inventory
• Assist the Design team in formalizing deliverables and in testing activities
• Supporting developers in building the solution
• Facilitate needs assessment workshops and challenge stakeholders (business, finance, actuarial, IT)
• Model end-to-end processes and contribute to API design
• Participate in the testing strategy and functional validation

Comptences techniques :

• Functional design and technical specifications
• Process modeling (BPMN, UML)
• Understanding of data architectures and APIs
• Agile tools: Jira, Confluence
• Reading and understanding data models
• Writing documentation and user guides
• Search profile:
• Formation Bac+5 (ing nieur, commerce, finance)
• Proven experience (5+ years) in Business Analysis / Functional Design
• Good knowledge of Finance and Actuarial Science (prior experience justified)
• Experience on a project to implement a solution on a Data platform (Azure)
• Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies (facilitating rituals, breaking down into EPICS/US)
• Ability to work in an international environment (workshops in English)
• Rigour, analytical skills, proactive approach and leadership
• Fluent English (written, read, spoken)
