Job Summary: Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Freelance CAD Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or project managers. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in CAD software and the ability to deliver high-quality drawings within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software.

• Develop architectural, structural, mechanical, or electrical drawings as per project requirements.

• Convert hand sketches, PDFs, and conceptual designs into technical drawings.

• Revise drawings based on feedback and project changes.

• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards and project specifications.

• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams for clarifications.

• Maintain organized digital records of drawings and revisions.

• Meet project deadlines and deliverables as agreed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman (minimum 2–5 years preferred).

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D). Knowledge of Revit, SolidWorks, or similar software is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of technical drawing standards.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on construction, MEP, interior fit-out, or engineering projects.

• Experience with project coordination and site drawing updates.

Deliverables & Payment Terms:

• Payment may be structured per project, per drawing, or hourly basis.

• Timeline and scope to be agreed upon before project commencement.

• NDA and confidentiality compliance required.
