Dutch Speakers Wanted: Vacancy – Freelance Customer Service Specialist (Remote)
� Hourly rate: €12.00 – €14.00
Are you someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and solving problems with ease? We are looking for a Freelance Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team at a leading Dutch education company.
This is not a call center role: you will only support existing customers and play an important role in their learning experience.
� What will you do?
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
Process last-minute bookings
Ensure smooth, friendly, and professional customer interactions
Work during office hours, fully from home

� Who are we looking for?
You speak and write fluent Dutch (C2 level)
You can work independently and remotely
You are proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable
Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
