Dutch Speakers Wanted: Vacancy – Freelance Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

� Hourly rate: €12.00 – €14.00


Are you someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and solving problems with ease? We are looking for a Freelance Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team at a leading Dutch education company.


This is not a call center role: you will only support existing customers and play an important role in their learning experience.

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Process last-minute bookings

  • Ensure smooth, friendly, and professional customer interactions

  • Work during office hours, fully from home
