Freelance Data Entry Specialist

This role is crucial for ensuring product listings are accurate, complete, and efficient in description, pricing, pictures, types and categories.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter product details, specifications, descriptions, and pricing into our e-commerce platform.
• Categorize products correctly and assign relevant tags.
• Upload and organize product images.
• Utilize AI tools to generate initial product descriptions from provided images and basic product data.
• Review and tweak AI-generated descriptions.
• Ensure data consistency and adherence to established guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on entered data to identify and correct errors.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in using data entry tools and spreadsheets (e.g., AI tools, Excel, Google Sheets).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Part time: 2 days per week 4 Hours per day (10 - 2PM)
