The objective of the mission is to manage the obsolescence treatment work of the Jira Workflow base, the definition of a trajectory for the evolution of the Workflow tools and the realization of POC to support the conclusions drawn around the different trajectories studied. The other component concerns the reorganization of the project management team as a center of expertise in the development of quality standards for the development and parameterization of workflow products.

• Manage the obsolescence processing work of the Jira Workflow base
• Manage the release of Jira assets from the Legacy infrastructure
• Define a path for the evolution of the Workflow base
• Carry out studies supported by POCs around the solutions studied
• Lead the transition of the Jira team to a center of expertise
• Develop a Workflow development charter that brings together the best in terms of development standards and solution configuration Workflow
• Overseeing compliance with standards
• Manage the team's relationship with the business lines
• Ensure clear and regular communication with all relevant stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, evaluation results and decisions made
