Freelance Finance Assistant ITP Media Group

Job Responsibilities Include:

As a member of the ITP Live internal finance team, you will be responsible for handling all finance-related tasks. You will act as one of the key points of contact for all ITP Live Group payments, coordinating between our influencers, hosts, suppliers, and the finance department to collect payment-related documents (invoices, IDs, VAT certificates, etc.) and follow up on their payments. You will be responsible for ensuring that all influencers, hosts, and suppliers are paid on time.

This role also includes creating booking orders in our software systems, receiving relevant documents from clients, ensuring booking orders are approved, resolving discrepancies, and handling client prepayments.

In addition to assisting in preparing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the higher management, resolving errors in financial reports and collecting data across ITP Live team.

Requirements

• Arabic speaking (mandatory)

• Financial knowledge i.e. payments, bookkeeping, understanding of tax
  
• Detail Oriented
  
• Microsoft Office Skills i.e. Excel, Word
  
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  
• Degree in Finance
  
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships
