Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions:
- Managing infrastructure projects (scoping, monitoring, closure or transition to operational phase)
- Ensure the planning, organization and detailed monitoring of work, milestones and deadlines
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (systems, networks, security, production, support, trades)
- Ensure the operational monitoring of service providers, integrators and suppliers
- Facilitate follow-up meetings, coordination workshops and steering committees
- Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, action plans, and meeting minutes.
- Identify risks, constraints, dependencies and points of blockage; propose mitigation actions
- Ensure coordination between technical, organizational, security, operational, and production aspects
- Contribute to the formalization of deliverables (planning, governance, risk register, handover to operations)

- Infrastructures, systems and platforms
- Virtualization and storage
- Backup and recovery
- Networks and interconnections
- Technical security
- Cross-cutting infrastructure services
- Migrations, version upgrades, replacements, capacity building
Expected deliverables:
- Detailed project planning
- Action tracking table
- Register of risks, dependencies and alerts
- Committee materials and progress reports
- Minutes of follow-up meetings
- Cutover or production launch plans
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT infrastructure project management
- Good understanding of production environments, systems, networks, security, operations
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and service providers
- My mastery of the fundamentals of project management (planning, action tracking, risks, reporting, governance)
- Good communication, synthesis, animation
- Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills
- Experience in critical or highly structured environments (an asset)
