Freelance Intune Administrator (Workstations and iPhones)

Main responsibilities: 

• Managing workstations and iPhones:
• Deploy and configure management policies via Intune for Windows desktops and iPhones.
• Configure and manage BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and corporate devices (COPE) via Intune.
• Oversee the deployment and management of applications, updates and patches on managed devices.
• It is safe and conforms:
• Implement compliance policies to ensure all devices meet company-defined security standards.
• Configure and manage data protection (Data Loss Prevention -DLP), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access.
• Ensure that devices meet security standards to prevent any security incidents.
• Support and incident resolution:
• Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support for Intune related issues on Windows and iOS devices, workstation and printer side
• Resolve incidents related to access to corporate resources, application management and network connectivity.
• Monitor Intune alerts and reports to anticipate and correct potential issues.
• Automation and optimization:
• Automate device management processes via PowerShell and scripts.
• Improve device management policies and procedures, integrating more efficient solutions.
• Monitoring new technologies:
• Conduct technology monitoring to stay up to date on new features of Intune, Windows and iOS devices.
• Recommend developments or improvements to management solutions.
• Documentation :
• Write technical documents and user guides.
• Update internal procedures related to Intune administration and device management.

Required skills:

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune, particularly for Windows desktops and iPhones.
• Proficiency in Windows (Windows 10, 11) and iOS (iPhone) operating systems.
• Knowledge of the concepts of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Knowledge of security standards, compliance management and data protection policies.
• Scripting skills, particularly PowerShell for task automation.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Intune monitoring and reporting tools.
