Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To lead training sessions for learners according to the defined program.
- Prepare and design teaching materials (lessons, exercises, case studies, presentations). Transmit knowledge using effective methodology and pedagogy (adapting to the learners' level).
- Providing educational support: assessment, correction, feedback, improvement.
- Participate in supporting learners (guidance, progress, integration).
- Mastery of the field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Office Automation, Design, etc.).
- Good communication skills, oral fluency and ability to explain clearly.
- Proficiency in teaching tools (PowerPoint, Google Classroom, Moodle).
- Ability to lead a group and energize a class.
