Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct mystery shopping visits as per project guidelines across retail, banking, automotive, hospitality, and other sectors.

2. Evaluate customer service, product knowledge, store ambience, compliance, and other key parameters.

3. Submit detailed, unbiased, and timely reports via our online platform.

4. Maintain confidentiality and integrity while performing audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Based in UAE, KSA, or wider Middle East region.

2. Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills.

3. Fluency in English (Arabic will be an added advantage).

4. Access to a smartphone and internet connection for reporting.

5. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

6. Prior experience in market research, customer service, or audits preferred but not mandatory.

Role: Mystery Shopper / Mystery Auditor (Part-Time / Freelance)

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our Mystery Shopping and Audit network across the Middle East. This is a freelance / part-time assignment-based role, ideal for professionals, homemakers, students, or anyone looking to earn extra income with flexible timings.

What You’ll Do: Visit outlets, banks, showrooms, restaurants, or hotels as a “mystery customer.” Observe and evaluate customer service, compliance, product knowledge, and overall experience. Submit clear and unbiased reports through our online platform. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Requirements: ✔️ Based in the Middle East (UAE / KSA / Qatar / Oman / Kuwait / Bahrain). ✔️ Good observational, analytical, and communication skills. ✔️ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). ✔️ Smartphone & internet access for reporting. ✔️ Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
