Roles & Responsibilities

  • Duration: 6 months renewable
  • Start-up: ASAP
  • Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Mission

  • Manage the obsolescence processing work of the Jira Workflow base
  • Manage the release of Jira assets from the Legacy infrastructure
  • Define a path for the evolution of the Workflow base
  • Carry out studies supported by POCs around the solutions studied
  • Lead the transition of the Jira team to a center of expertise
  • Develop a Workflow development charter that brings together the best in terms of development standards and solution configuration Workflow
  • Overseeing compliance with standards
  • Manage the team's relationship with the business lines
  • Ensure clear and regular communication with all relevant stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, evaluation results and decisions made
  • Elaborer les supports de formation
  • Ensure change management.

Profile sought

7 years of experience in project management in the banking sector on topics related to business process management and dematerialization.

Project Skills

  • Ability to manage an organization
  • Good mastery of project management methods (waterfall and agile)
  • Coordination of a project with an international component with remote teams (planning, expenses, budget, reporting).
  • Ability to define and monitor project KPIs.

Functional Skills

  • Good knowledge of banking business processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into management rules.
  • Proactive in digital solutions.

Comp tences techniques

  • Knowledge of Workflow and BPM platforms with a focus on Atlassian Jira
  • Knowledge of digital building blocks allowing the digitization of business processes (Workflow, BPM, EDM, RAD/LAD, )
  • Ability to understand and develop development standards
  • Ability to challenge the service provider, and the IS development teams on the proposed solutions (Functionalities, cost assessment)
  • Guarantee of the quality of the solution delivered by carrying out and supervising the acceptance of the solutions developed.
