Roles & Responsibilities

Context :

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to ensure the stability of production environments across all of their subsidiaries. You will contribute to improving the reliability of end-of-day processes, reducing incidents, and ensuring secure production deployments.

Missions :

Run & Supervision

  • Oversee the application and technical operation of Core Banking and its dependencies (CFT, eBanking, ADRIA, SIRON, etc.) across all subsidiaries.
  • Proactively manage alerts, performance, and availability
  • Perform routine administration: backups, jobs, consistency checks

Support & Incident Response

  • Responding to incidents or anomalies in end-of-day processing: diagnosis, root cause analysis, correction and resumption of control.
  • Analyze the rejections and coordinate with the business and IT teams for the solution
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of TFJs: identifying recurring patterns and proposing ways to improve reliability.

Incident, Problem and Change Management

  • Handle N1/N2 incidents on the Core Banking scope and its interfaces, and N3 with the publisher.
  • Analyze recurring problems and implement corrective action plans.
  • Managing technical changes: fixes, settings, patch installation, coordination with the publisher
  • Contribute to industrialization and automation (scripts, deployments)

  • Prepare and execute MEPs: checklists, rollback procedures, technical validation
  • Leading change and coordinating teams (infrastructure, security, telecommunications, subsidiaries, consultants)
  • Coordinate deployments across different subsidiaries

Documentation & Processes

  • Drafting and maintaining operational documents: supervision procedures, instructions, scheduling, operating procedures
  • Implement and strengthen processes: SLA, post-incident feedback, standardization of practices
  • Harmonize operating procedures between subsidiaries

On-call duty

  • Provide on-call coverage according to a rotating schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Covering the Core Banking scope and end-of-day processing
  • Remote intervention, with the possibility of travel if necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Senior level (5+ years of experience in production management and operations)

  • Experience in a multi-subsidiary environment
  • Mastery of Core Banking environments (Amplitude)
  • Good knowledge of Oracle and Informix databases
  • Skills in scripting (KSH/Bash shell) and batch scheduling
  • Ability to manage incidents, problems and changes in coordination with multiple teams
