Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments
Prepare or review safety plans, method statements, and audit reports
Deliver toolbox talks and selected in-person training sessions
Support incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience (construction, oil & gas, industrial, or facilities management preferred)
NEBOSH IGC / Diploma, IOSH, or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations (e.g. OSHAD, MOHRE; EIAC exposure an advantage)
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage)
Available for freelance, project-based, or part-time assignments
Own visa/freelance permit preferred
