Freelance Project Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Freelance Project Manager.

• Localization: Casablanca, Morocco

Missions

• Lead projects by coordinating and leading the project team
• Integrate into a team covering the functional area of the banking sector of the relationship providing in-depth knowledge of the associated application heritage. He is responsible for the project, its follow-up, its successful completion and the quality of the delivery
• Pilot and plan the project by constituting, organizing, coordinating and leading the project team according to the specifications (customer request, budget, deadlines)
• Develop the project design (customer needs, functional specification, subdivisions, deliverables, acceptance criteria)
• Coordinate and lead the work of the project team in order to produce a result in line with the client's requirements
• To provide for the necessary resources (human, financial and material) and to ensure the adequacy between resources and needs (financial, technical, human)
• Ensure the smooth running of the project (planning, budget, performance) and compliance with the specifications
• Managing risks (planning, financial, human, technical): anticipation, identification, implementation of corrective actions
• Manage the day-to-day interface between the business lines, the project manager, the project manager, the representatives of the subsidiaries, the experts and the publishers
• Participate in the various monitoring committees set up and communication
• Examine the monitoring indicators put in place
• Facilitate periodic meetings
• Negotiating services with suppliers
• Deliver the project at the level of quality expected by the customer: guarantees quality and compliance with the delivery
• Implement a quality approach (implementation of best practice guidelines, implementation of markets based on continuous improvement)
• Create reports and progress reports on the project(s) monitored
• Support change management (internal and external) and support user training actions

Profile sought

• A senior project manager (>10 years of experience)
• Project management: cross-functional coordination of the various projects of a project
• Banking sector: customer relations, KYC,
• Facilitation of meetings and drafting skills
• Monitoring of schedules, management of deadlines, expenses, budget, reporting.
