Job Summary

In this role as Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading and executing a wide range of design projects, focusing on creating immersive and visually stunning graphics for events. You will manage multiple projects, from concept to execution, ensuring that all visual communication aligns with our clients brand and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategic roadmap to guide design projects.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of projects, including events, branding, and digital campaigns.


Design & Production

  • Develop original design concepts and manage the design process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Create visually compelling graphics for events, including stage designs, signage, promotional materials, and interactive installations.
  • Design digital assets such as websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Prepare detailed production files for print and digital outputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.


Client Collaboration

  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and brand guidelines, translating these into effective design solutions.
  • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.


Project Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality production and delivery of design materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design capabilities and processes.
  • Maintain a structured and orderly filing system.


Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all design outputs adhere to clients brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Innovation and Trends
  • Continuously explore new design trends and industry standards to keep the agencys work at the cutting edge of experiential design.


Interdepartmental Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Tech, and Events to ensure cohesive and integrated project execution.
  • All the above accountabilities include but are not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.


Job Specification

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of UAE experience in a similar role within the events industry
  • A good portfolio of past design and creative projects
  • Extensive knowledge of typography, color, and production.
  • Excellent knowledge and Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, & Illustrator
  • Teamwork and Leadership skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Motivate and display professional attitude to inspire other team members.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • Energetic and positive and ready to take on and overcome any design challenges.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to take in constructive criticism and produce quality work.
  • Bachelor s degree in fine arts, design or any related course would be an added advantage.
