Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Freelance Graphics Designer is responsible for conceptualization and design of graphic applications such as collateral material, environmental graphics, books and magazines, corporate identity and multimedia interfaces, from concept to completion.


The Graphics Designer must operate in accordance with the Company’s Procedure, Policies, HSE Standards and Quality Management System. The operational responsibilities of this position include:

  • Design graphics for presentations, brochures, posters, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Designing of logos, packages, advertisements, displays, layouts, business cards, letterhead, envelopes, brochures, flyers, catalogs etc
  • Coordinate e-Newsletter, including design and distribution
  • Design and planning of sign programs, information design including maps
  • Working with the DM Manager for product design and support in all activities that require multimedia support
  • Creating plan for field researcher and ensuring that the raw data entered in the system is valid and readable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
  • Ability to work on-site with the team and collaborate effectively.
  • Flexible to work on a per-project or per-hour arrangement.
  • Strong eye for detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus.
