Roles & Responsibilities

Context


Our client, a major banking institution, is looking for an IT Transformation Coach (Freelance) for a long-term mission, in order to support the "Shift Left" shift and the development of the teams' skills on generative AI and Software Craftsmanship.


Duration: Long-term mission.

Location: France

Start: As soon as possible.

Key missions


Shift Left Acceleration:

Transform IT teams' practices through the early integration of best practices (security, quality, testing).

Co-construct rituals and processes aligned with this philosophy.

Augmented Developer & GenAI:

Train and coach developers on the use of generative AI to:

Code optimization

Automated test generation

Solving complex problems

Implement AI assistive tools in the development flow.

Software Craftsmanship:

Promote technical excellence (TDD, clean code, pair programming).

Lead kata coding workshops and collective code reviews.

Required Profile


Mandatory Certifications (one of the two):

AWS: Cloud Practitioner.

GCP: Associate Cloud Engineer.

Essential expertise:

Proven experience in coaching/transforming IT teams (agile methods, DevOps).

Proficient in GenAI tools for developers (GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, etc.).

In-depth knowledge of Software Craftsmanship (communities, practices).

Soft Skills:

Innovative pedagogy to get the teams on board.

Inspiring leadership and ability to bring people together.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Certifications Obligatoires (l une des deux) :

  • Expertise Indispensable :
    • Exp rience av r e en coaching/transformation d quipes IT (m thodes agiles, DevOps).
