Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Generate creative ideas for engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) aligned with the MyPlants brand. • Act as the on-screen personality in videos, bringing humour, relatability, and energy to plant-focused content. • Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, ensuring they are polished, engaging, and optimised for each platform. • Collaborate with the MyPlants team to align content with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. • Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them creatively for the plant niche in Dubai. • Manage your own filming schedule to deliver a consistent flow of content.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Based in Dubai, UAE. • Must hold a valid Emirates ID. • Confident and engaging on camera, with strong presentation skills. • Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content (please share portfolio or examples). • Proficient in video editing software or apps (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, etc.). • Creative, self-motivated, and able to generate fresh, original ideas. • Interest in plants, home décor, or sustainability is a plus.
