Roles & Responsibilities

Project context:

We are looking for  2 Technical Leads AI Experts  to lead the design and implementation of innovative digital solutions integrating Generative AI and LLM capabilities. The mission requires deep technical expertise combined with strong team leadership.

Duration:  3 months
Volume:  60 days per resource
Start:  ASAP
Location:  Hybrid
Main missions:

Define the architecture of AI solutions and manage their technical implementation
Manage a multidisciplinary team (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, DevOps/MLOps)
Ensure code quality, component reusability and compliance with MLOps best practices
Participate in the framing of business needs and design industrializable AI solutions
Supervise the integration of models into information systems (API, microservices)
Profile sought:

Seniority:  Confirmed to Expert (8+ years of total experience including 4+ years in technical leadership)
Tech Stack:  Python and the ML/AI Ecosystem
Recent experience:  Expertise in Generative AI/LLM acquired over the last 2 years
Technical skills required:

Advanced proficiency in  Python  and ML/AI libraries (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Expertise en  architectures LLM  (RAG, fine-tuning, modèles open-source : LLaMA, Mistral, OpenAI)
Proven experience in  MLOps  (MLflow, DVC, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for AI)
Knowledge of  cloud platforms  (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI services
Proficiency in  collaborative tools  (Databricks, Vertex AI, Azure ML)
Culture Software Engineering (tests, linting, documentation, structuration de projet)
Essential Soft Skills:

Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders
Ability to solve complex problems independently
Adaptability to rapid technological developments
Technical leadership and ability to unite teams
Differentiating assets:

Prior experience in industrializing Generative AI solutions
Contribution to open-source projects in the field of LLM
Specialized AI/ML Cloud Certification
Portfolio of concrete projects in Generative AI
Note:  Candidates must be able to demonstrate their recent expertise in Generative AI/LLM through concrete achievements.
