Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for office, workspace and commercial fit-out projects.

  • Prepare detailed space planning layouts, mood boards, material boards and client-ready presentations.

  • Produce complete technical drawing packages including layouts, RCP, joinery details and BOQs for execution.

  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.

  • Attend client meetings and site visits when required.

  • Ensure all designs align with UAE authority regulations and fit-out standards.

  • Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high-quality design standards under the KAAYA brand.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years experience in commercial / office interior design (UAE experience preferred).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing workspace, office or corporate projects.

  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

  • Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3Ds Max / V-Ray or similar 3D rendering software.

  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes and Dubai supplier market.

  • Experience in handling projects independently from concept to IFC drawings.

  • Ability to work on a per-project freelance basis with clear timelines and deliverables.

  • Dubai-based candidates preferred.
