We are seeking a skilled and proactive Freight Coordinator with expertise in land freight to oversee the efficient and timely execution of shipments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate land freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with carriers, shippers, and internal teams to optimize routes, reduce costs, and manage schedules. Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to stakeholders and resolving issues promptly. Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork and related documentations. Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers, maintain strong relationships with service providers. Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven 2 to 3 years experience in land freight coordination, logistics, or a related field. UAE Experience is a must. Knowledge of transportation regulations, documentation, and freight management systems. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good commands in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
