Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Forwarder Sales Specialist located in New Cairo
  • . The Freight Forwarder Sales Specialist will be responsible for creating a portfolio of clients, and providing excellent customer service.
  • They will work closely with clients to ensure their shipping needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Skills

  • Experience in Forwarding and Freight Forwarding
  • Knowledge of Export processes
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Understanding of Freight Transportation
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and presentations to promote company services.
  • Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and tenders with competitive, accurate quotations.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales revenue goals.
  • Prepare and present weekly sales activity and performance reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Requirment

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • 1 3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and land transport services.
  • Understanding of Incoterms, international trade, and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
