Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist (Air & Sea)

We are looking for an experienced freight forwarding professional to manage Air and Sea, Import and Export shipments across the Middle East. This is a hands-on operations role, end to end, with Cargo Wise One (CW1) as the daily working system.

What do you do:

• Manage Air and Sea shipments, both Import and Export, through the full job lifecycle.
• Handle bookings, documentation and coordination with carriers, agents and customers.
• Register and maintain all shipment data in Cargo Wise One (CW1) with accuracy and consistency.
• Track milestones and keep operational records clean and up to date.

What we are looking for:

• Solid operational experience in freight forwarding, Air and Sea, Import and Export.
• Hands-on experience with Cargo Wise One (CW1). This is essential.
• Fluent English and Arabic, written and spoken.
• Based in Beirut / work on-site full-time.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing shipments end to end.

A plus:

• Experience across multiple trade lanes or international operations.
• Familiarity with customs and import and export documentation.
• Experience with operational reporting or CW1 reporting.
