Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in marine freight forwarding and shipping services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with customers and carriers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company s market presence.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 to 5 years of experience in marine shipping sales is a must.
Must be residing in Giza or Cairo (especially 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed).
Able to commute to working on-site in Sheikh Zayed, Beverly Hills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and close deals effectively.
Proficiency in logistics, shipping processes, and freight coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales approaches.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Bachelor s degree in business, or a related field.
