We are currently hiring French Bilingual (English) Customer Service Representatives for our pioneer account!

Working as a French Bilingual (English) Customer Service Representative, We Offer:

As a French Bilingual (English) Customer Service Representative, You Will:

  • Must be Fluent in French and English with C1 Level Proficiency.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for a variety of products andbr> services.
  • Provide personalized customer service at the highest level.
  • Ensure proper security procedures are followed for all customer interactions.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given to customers.
  • Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
  • Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the account as per business requirements

As a French Bilingual (English) Customer Service Representative, You Have:

  • The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in French and English
  • 6 Months of experience in the Customer Service Field.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
  • Ability to work changing shifts, including evenings and weekends.
