Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Manage and respond promptly to all incoming customer queries via phone, email, and live chat, primarily in native-level French and professional English.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and effectively resolve complex customer issues related to [Specific Product/Service Category] in compliance with company policies.
Process Improvement: Identify and escalate recurring customer service issues or trends to the management team to facilitate ongoing improvement in our products and services.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all French and English communications adhere to high standards of grammar, tone, and brand voice.
Desired Candidate Profile
Language Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in French is mandatory (written and spoken). Professional working proficiency in English is also required.
Soft Skills: Exceptional active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Education: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
