Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and service level agreements.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluency in French and good level of English.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including night and overnight.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
