Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site French Customer Service Support staff roles ( TL,QA,Trainers and Agents ) located in Cairo at VXI Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing support to French customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering high-quality customer service on a daily basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • For support staff: 2 years of experience in same role
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations
  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Fluency in French ( B2+ - C1 )
  • Fluency in English ( B2 )
  • 24/7 shifts
