Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer support in French via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services when appropriate.
Adhere to company protocols, security guidelines, and data privacy regulations at all times.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment in Maadi.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
