Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate language development through play, songs, and activities.
  • Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, social interaction, and a love for learning.
  • Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to meet the diverse needs of each student.
  • Integrate French language learning with various subjects, promoting a holistic approach to education.
  • Build strong relationships with students and their families, encouraging communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that promotes creativity and exploration.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Education, French Language, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching preschool-aged children, preferably in a bilingual setting.
  • Fluency in French and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young learners and their families.
