Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a French artisanal bakery and caf .
  • Strong background in Front-of-House operations, including customer service and team supervision.
  • Experience with inventory management, stock reconciliation, and supplier coordination.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and manage diverse local teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluent in French (both spoken and written).
