Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor s degree in hospitality management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a French artisanal bakery and caf .
- Strong background in Front-of-House operations, including customer service and team supervision.
- Experience with inventory management, stock reconciliation, and supplier coordination.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and manage diverse local teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent in French (both spoken and written).
