Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- As part of the sales team, the agent will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Daily responsibilities include advising clients on available properties, conducting property viewings, providing ongoing customer service, and negotiating deals.
- Agents will also stay informed of market trends and maintain a strong understanding of client needs.
- Building long-term client relationships will be a key focus.
- Strong expertise in Real Estate Sales and general understanding of Real Estate practices
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Familiarity with the Cairo real estate market is highly advantageous
