Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring for the (Projects-Technical Office-Planning-Quality Control-Production ..ETC Departments)
Assist in the design, development, and execution of steel fabrication projects under the supervision of senior engineers.
Support the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for various products and components.
Participate in site visits, inspections, and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and project management to deliver on project goals.
Conduct research and analysis to support engineering solutions and process improvements.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during fabrication and assembly processes.
Contribute to the implementation of environmentally friendly manufacturing practices.
Prepare and present technical reports and progress updates to supervisors and project stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies throughout all engineering activities.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering from a recognized university (GUC, BUE, CIC, AAST, AUC, or equivalent).
0-2 years of relevant experience in engineering or related fields.
Excellent or Fluent English Speakers
Strong academic background with a focus on mechanical, structural, or industrial engineering preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the steel fabrication industry.
