Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers and project managers with daily construction activities.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
Attend site inspections, meetings, and quality checks.
Help identify technical issues and support problem-solving on site.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE policies, and company procedures.
Use engineering software for drafting, planning, and reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience.
Internship or university project experience with Bachelor’s degree in:
Civil Engineering
Construction Engineering
Structural Engineering
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (for MEP roles)
UAE National / Emirati (Family Book required in many companies).
Able to commute to project site in Dubai Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
