Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
To design, analyze, and improve mechanical systems and components, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical equipment.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems.
- Review mechanical shop drawings, submittals, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper installation and operation.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with electrical and civil teams for integrated project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and as-built documentation.
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for mechanical failures.
- Assist project managers in planning, cost control, and progress tracking.
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-3 years experience in facilities O&M, construction, or renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, firefighting, and plumbing.
- Experience with US Government or compliance-driven projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical documentation.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Strong teamwork and site coordination skills.
