Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and open houses.
• Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including location, features, pricing, and market trends.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets and company objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base.
• Stay informed about local real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Good level of English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate or sales is a plus but not required.
