Roles & Responsibilities
Actively engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Present a wide range of property options and developments to clients, ensuring tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about features, pricing, and benefits.
Negotiate offers and close sales transactions in alignment with company policies and client interests.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and competitor activities to provide informed advice.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients, highlighting unique selling points of various projects.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client-facing roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
