Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

PURPOSE To ensure proper maintenance of the marina, sufficient supply of maintenance materials for

the marina, the safety of water and electric systems and fire protection, maintain a clean

marina area and green fields.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• To control all technical elements such as sewage, water systems, electrical power

systems, buildings, roads, pontoons, pedestals, all lighting systems, pump out systems,

access gates, fire protection systems and all other equipment in the marina.

• To be responsible for the correctness of the system for forced circulation of seawater,

sanitary facilities, substations, pump stations, sewage cleaner, water tank, parking

places, coast, and piers, mounting and other prefabricated facilities.

• To organize disposal of dangerous waste with an authorized company.

• To organize external services for maintenance of marina infrastructure which cannot be

done by marina employees, to support the marina manager with maintenance budgets

preparation for the technical department.

• To check all marina safety equipment and systems.

• To archive project and technical documentation which is required for investments and

maintenance.

• Assist Facility Management Company and all other vendors while they are performing

work in the marina.

• Assist Marina Manager for issuing work permits.

• To monitor and analyze water and electricity consumption in the marina, be responsible

for accurate monthly reading of consumer spending.

  • KEYRESPONSIBILITIESr keeping a record of the damage in writing which shall be forwarded

to the insurance company, in case of a damage on permanent buildings, pontoons,

electrical and water supplies and the sewage system.
