As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation

and maintenance of the hotel's facilities Your responsibilities will include performing a

variety of technical tasks to uphold guest comfort and safety, contributing to financial

efficiency, managing team interactions, and adhering to responsible business practices

FINANCIAL RETURNS

•Perform maintenance tasks efficiently to minimize downtime and reduce operational

costs

•Assist in the budgeting process by providing accurate estimates for repairs and

replacements

•Monitor and control inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring cost

effective use and timely reordering

•Support cost saving initiatives through proactive maintenance and repair strategies

PEOPLE

•Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and

to standard

•Provide guidance and training to junior technicians or new team members as needed
