Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems, ensuring functionality and efficiency by using CAD software and engineering principles.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to innovative solutions, actively participating in design reviews.
- Prepare technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and clarity for project stakeholders.
- Support the manufacturing process by providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements, working closely with production teams.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and materials to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Participate in testing and validation of mechanical components and systems, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Has a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and solid mechanics.
- Demonstrates proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for creating and modifying designs.
- Familiar with FEA and CFD software for simulations and analysis.
- Shows basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and their properties.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose solutions.
- Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
