Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, offering insights into financial performance.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies promptly to maintain smooth cash flow.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparing supporting documentation.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations, comparing bank statements with internal records to identify and resolve any differences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is essential, providing a strong academic foundation.
  • Fresh graduate with no prior work experience is acceptable, offering an opportunity to build a career.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is crucial, enabling efficient data management and analysis.
