Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors, assist with check-ins, and provide information about the co-working space and its services.
- Oversee front desk schedules, booking systems, and daily logs to ensure smooth flow and accuracy.
- Manage bookings for meeting rooms, phone booths, and shared work areas, ensuring schedules run smoothly.
- Handle daily communication whether by phone calls, emails, and requests.
- Help track usage, attendance, and workspace feedback to support operational reporting.
- Manage basic administrative tasks such as payment processing, data entry, and maintaining member records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 years of experience in front desk, co-working spaces, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional presence.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solver with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in supporting a productive workspace community.
