Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and visitors, assist with check-ins, and provide information about the co-working space and its services.
  • Oversee front desk schedules, booking systems, and daily logs to ensure smooth flow and accuracy.
  • Manage bookings for meeting rooms, phone booths, and shared work areas, ensuring schedules run smoothly.
  • Handle daily communication whether by phone calls, emails, and requests.
  • Help track usage, attendance, and workspace feedback to support operational reporting.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks such as payment processing, data entry, and maintaining member records.

Desired Candidate Profile
