Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Agent with proficiency in Arabic to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming and pleasant experience. Your primary duties will include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Arabic and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle multilingual guests. Your dedication to delivering top-notch guest experiences will be pivotal in enhancing our service standards and reputation.


Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and check them in and out efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and changes as requested.
  • Respond promptly and knowledgeably to guests inquiries and special requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times during shifts.
  • Offer information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
  • Process guest payments and verify identification, ensuring payment accuracy.
  • Manage phone calls and emails, providing accurate information as needed.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness and other needs.
  • Assist with managing and updating room inventories and availability daily.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations consistently.
  • Generate daily reports and complete necessary paperwork for front desk operations.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a busy environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective guest service and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Excellent computer literacy and experience with reservation systems preferred.
  • Diploma or certification in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial.
