Roles & Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out, accurate billing, and warm, professional service throughout the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle room assignments, payment processing, billing instructions, and cash balancing.
  • Provide clear information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Manage guest requests, complaints, and service recovery promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and records in Opera PMS.
  • Prepare shift handovers and ensure all updates are properly communicated.
  • Uphold hotel grooming, service, and data privacy standards at all times.
