Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome the new students and fully answer their questions.
- Run the assigned classes and help the students.
- Answer phone calls and keep records.
- Informing students of the course start dates and weekly updates.
- Address student inquiries about events, course prices, and content.
- Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Report the tasks and feedback to his direct manager on a daily basis.
- Excellent sales skills with clients and persuasion abilities.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.).
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
