Roles & Responsibilities

Welcome the new students and fully answer their questions.

  • Run the assigned classes and help the students.
  • Answer phone calls and keep records.
  • Informing students of the course start dates and weekly updates.
  • Address student inquiries about events, course prices, and content.
  • Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report the tasks and feedback to his direct manager on a daily basis.
  • Excellent sales skills with clients and persuasion abilities.
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.).
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
