Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome the new students and fully answer their questions
  • Run the assigned classes and help the students.
  • Answer phone calls and keep records
  • Informing students of the course start dates and weekly updates
  • Answer student questions regarding events and courses prices and content
  • Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • report the tasks and feedback to his direct manager daily
  • very good selling skills with clients and persuasion skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
